This last weekend and week I had some free time because we saw fewer subjects than usual, so I took complete advantage of it.
Eldorado Canyon State Park
First, I went on a hike in Eldorado Canyon State Park, it was beautiful; and it was quite the workout too!

The next day, I left for the Grand Mesa and went to my family’s cabin, where we ate lots of food, rode four wheelers, went fishing, and had camp fires.
When I got back from the Grand Mesa, I went to my first Rockies game with my Grandpa; they beat the Diamondbacks 4-3! As soon as the game ended, it started to rain; what perfect timing!

After all this amazing free time, I went back to the lab and began collecting more research data!
