Taylor W2aDuring Week Two things really slowed down but I still had a lot of fun!

We sent the horse with the infection back home along with other horses we had from the previous week. I got to help inseminate mares and I also got to watch the vets stand a stud. I spend a lot of time in Granbury. This is a great town about the size of Grand Junction. Everyone is so nice and friendly around here and it is a place I could easily call home. Our host family came to Colorado over the Fourth of July so Carlie and I got to Taylor W2bhouse sit and adventure the town on our own. We found a nice little place to hang out called Granbury Beach, it was a nice little place with a board walk and sand volleyball. On the Fourth we went to “Battle of the Bulls,” we got to see many good rides and little kids riding mini ponies which was adorable. My favorite part was at the beginning of the bull riding everyone stood up as one to Taylor W2csing the national anthem, this gave me goose bumps. That rounded out week two for us and we got up bright and early the next morning to start week three at work.
