My second week studying gravitational waves and astrophysics at Northwestern went really well! Kevin (Ensor) and I have met more people in the lab, including another project adviser, Slobodan Mentovic. We will now be working on finding and reporting the most ideal parameters for looking at X-Ray Binary systems.

Taking time out for some guitar.

In my free time, I’ve been exploring a bit of the musical scene around Chicago, being quite the musician myself. I’ve also gotten closer to the other high schoolers and undergraduates working in the lab on other assorted projects, and who knows what the coming week will hold in store for all of us?
