Hello everyone! This week was pretty uneventful compared to my other weeks of internship as I got sick after the fourth of July and spent the majority of my week in my apartment, however I was still able to get some work done on the final project I have been working on, filming some of the voicing for the video and . Also I was able to do some revision of the Darcy’s law experiment and equation, which works to determine the permeability coefficient of a ground of a sandstone or soil through the use of water flowing through the stone. I also did a bit more work with the microscope later in the week when I started to feel better and looked at more samples of different sandstones.
Over the weekend when I was feeling much better I went hiking on saturday and got back into the city just in time to watch the sun set, and then on Sunday I went to the gym and then stayed at my apartment for the rest of the day. With only one week left in my internship I aim to work a lot on my final project and finish it by filming and adding a few more background slides.
