Koi pond on campus

This week at the lab I was completely focused on isolating Lactobacillus. The process to create plaques was not working throughout the week, attempting to find the cause we looked through the procedure to find the cause. Eventually, we found the top agar to be contaminated. The top agar being what is mixed with the bacteria to ensure a even spread across the plate. It caused problems for both the masters students and myself. After the set back I asked ChatGPT for the best tests to find whether I had isolated the proper phage, this being where my week ended. During my free time I went to the gym and played soccer on the field on campus, with some off my friends joining me on occasion. Additionally, we went to see the new F1 movie release in theaters. The move was actually pretty good all things considered though there were some aspects that I thought were not true to the reality of the sport, but what can you do.
