From the kids…

I think the most beneficial experience for me was actually the collaborative effort and problem solving skills I learned throughout the Pinternship. Nate, Rowen, and I had to constantly deal with issues and setbacks, but I think that these difficulties were actually some of the more important life skills we learned from the project.

Being online actually gave me a whole different learning experience. It made my internship much more independent so I had to work on managing my work load and my time.

With the circumstances that we dealt with this year, there isn’t much I would change. Obviously, I would have rather had the internship I had planned out prior to COVID, but I truly believe that the WFR course was the best alternative possible. It was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t change anything about it.
