Storm Chasers!

Learn all about extreme weather events with the always sensible Karen Kosiba from the Center for Severe Weather Research.  Why do tornadoes and hurricanes form?  Why are they occur where they do? How do scientists study these dangerous weather events? Discover the answers to these questions and more.  Also making a special guest appearance is the storm chaser truck or “Doppler on wheels” (DOW).

Storm Chasers! will take place from 5:15pm to 6pm on Tuesday, July 8 at the Telluride High School Cafeteria. The cost is $2/Punk.
