TODAY’S TOPIC: MAGNETISM
Do you have photos on your fridge? Why is it magnetic? From compasses to computers to salmon navigating back to their spawning grounds magnetic interaction is all around us. We’ll look at different types of magnets, investigate the fundamentals of why certain elements can become magnetized, magnetic fields, and biology’s use of magnets.
